SeQent announces that Ford Motor Company has made a further commitment to deploy FirstPAGE™, FirstPAGE™ Alarm Manager, Marquee Manager and VideoServer family of products in support of their global operations expansion plan

London, Ontario – June 15, 2012 – SeQent (www.SeQent.com), the leading provider of innovative real-time Wireless Alarm & Event Dispatch, Andon-Industrial Digital Signage and Wireless Kanban solutions announced today that Ford Motor Company has made a significant commitment to deploy their solutions outside of North American starting in Asia Pacific and then South America. Below are the initial plants on the FIS deployment schedule:

Ford Thailand Manufacturing (FTM) - Ford Motor Company opened a $450 million plant in Thailand in May 2012 that is capable of producing 150,000 vehicles per year. FTM is in the process of implementing SeQent’s FirstPAGE, Marquee Manager & VideoServer family of products

Ford China Engine Plant (CQEP) - Ford Motor Company and China joint venture partner, Changan Ford Mazda Automobile (CFMA) are building a state-of-the-art passenger car engine plant in Chongqing, China. The USD $500 million investment will more than double CFMA’s annual engine production capacity in China to 750,000 units when it comes online in 2013. CQEP will be implementing SeQent’s FirstPAGE, Marquee Manager & VideoServer family of products

Ford South America Operations (FSAO) - The plant in Camacari, Brazil will be implementing SeQent’s FirstPAGE & Marquee Manager family of products
