DaimlerChrysler Chooses FirstPAGE Alarm Manager - October 2000

DaimlerChrysler has standardized on NETCON's FirstPAGE suite of alarm notification and wireless messaging software. All of the car manufacturer's 45 North American assembly plants will now use no other wireless messaging products. Twenty plants already use FirstPAGE exclusively, and the remaining 25 plants will soon be similarly equipped.

Given the high number of personnel employed at DaimlerChrysler's plants, a centralized, automated plant communications system is essential. Staff must be kept informed of operational status to prevent costly delays and inefficiencies. Because of NETCON's past experience in plant floor communications, DaimlerChrysler chose it to provide a complete solution.
