NETCON Follows Microsoft and Retires Support for Windows NT V4.0

London, ON - January 2005 - NETCON announced it is retiring support for its product line on Windows NT V4.0 platform. As of January 1st, 2005 Microsoft is retiring support for Windows NT V4.0, both premier support and pay-per-incident. On-line support will no longer be available for Windows NT V4.0 from Microsoft as well.

Because Microsoft will not be supporting this operating system, NETCON cannot effectively support our products on this end-of-life operating system. After March 31st, 2005 NETCON will no longer be offering Platinum, Extended, Basic or Installation support on any products running on the Windows NT platform.

If you have any concerns regarding this policy please contact NETCON support to discuss details on upgrading your installation to a supported platform.
