Under the agreement, EDS will become a licensed distributor of SeQent’s Marquee Manager software product. Under the terms of the Master Software License Agreement (MSLA) with EDS, a General Motors (GM) plant can purchase the Marquee Manager product through EDS. Marquee Manager is the GM corporate standard deployed as part of Global Production Monitoring & Controls (GPM&C). GM or EDS third party partners can also purchase Marquee Manager under the terms and conditions specified in the agreement.
