TeamCALL Server is the core of the Industrial Automated Dispatch and Scheduling product family. TeamCALL Server enables full control and customization with real-time batting order call hierarchy, team membership, and schedule management.
The fully customizable team hierarchy allows the end-user to set the order of who should be notified and when. Furthermore, this feature provides access to team member location and management of un-serviced incidents in real-time. The unique features of TeamCALL permit an increase in employee efficiency and productivity with the fully automated assignment and dispatch of team members.
