SeQent’s General Electric CIMPLICITY Visualization Software Integration is part of the many interoperability capabilities that Marquee Manager offers.
Our CIMPLICITY Visualization Gateway forwards selected alarms from General Electric CIMPLICITY projects to Marquee Manager Server for processing. Alarm information such as Alarm, Resource, Class, and Message are all available for message composition. Variables from CIMPLICITY configured alarm message is processed and replaced before delivery.
Fully integrated into the CIMPLICITY Workbench configuration of alarms is based on wildcard entries of resources, classes, alarms and alarm messages. Using this methodology for a Lean Manufacturing ANDON implementation, the existing investment in data collection and alarm development in CIMPLICITY can be leveraged. Integrated directly into the CIMPLICITY environment, the Marquee Manager Gateway for CIMPLICITY facilitates very rapid ANDON implementation and deployment.
